Does anybody really believe that making a car diminuative turns it into some kind of Einstein? If anything, I’d be happy if car makers showed they understand they have some really stupid machines out there. The Fiat Cretino, the Ford Fiasco, the Opel Idiot, the Mercury Moron: now that’d be Truth in Naming.

General Motors and Chrysler be inclined have existence challenged by weak future work plans while Ford
stands to conciliate market share with a comparatively strong future product plan, a new report says.

Fiat has been working on an electric version of its Fiat Palio Weekend in Brazil on account of about three years. Back in 2007, Fiat was testing 30 Palio Electricos (converted versions of the standard Palio) that were nearly full-feature vehicles: they could go 85 miles or so on a charge and could reach 65 mph. According to a post on Caliber Forums, Dodge’s hatchback is finally getting some love from the Pentastar in the shape of a revised interior. Since it first went on sale in 2006, one of the biggest complaints from owners and reviewers alike has been the expanding black plastic surfaces covering every square inch of the car’session dash, center console, armrest and door panels. Having spent plenty of time in a multitude of Calibers over the years, we can say with confidence that its interior has a decidedly low-rent look and is thoroughly cheerless to the power of exciting the affections – especially the bits where elbows often come into contact through hard plastic.
